These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and mozeq ("mozeq", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mozeq website, terminals, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Service is not offered to, and may not be used by, any person in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to applicable law or regulation, or where we do not offer the Service. You must not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or are located in a sanctioned or restricted territory.
To access certain features you must create an Account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials. You may not share, sell, or transfer your Account to any other person.
mozeq provides market data, analytics, charting tools, and related informational features for cryptocurrency and derivatives markets. The Service is intended to help you monitor markets and conduct your own research.
mozeq is a data terminal only. We do not operate a trading venue or exchange, do not execute or route orders, do not custody or transmit any funds or assets, and do not provide trading signals, calls, copy-trading, or recommendations. The market data displayed is sourced from third-party providers and is not owned or originated by us.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without liability. We do not guarantee that the Service, or any feature, will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

The Service, including all Content, data, charts, indicators, analytics, and alerts, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely and exclusively responsible for any decisions you make and any trades you place. mozeq accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the Service or its Content.
Market data displayed on the Service is aggregated from third-party sources, including exchanges and data providers. We do not own or originate this data and claim no rights in it; all such data remains the property of its respective third-party sources. While we work to present data accurately, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability.
Data may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, or contain errors. Prices, dominance figures, funding rates, supply metrics, and other values may differ from those shown on exchanges or other platforms due to differences in sources, methodology, timing, and calculation. You should independently verify any data before relying on it. We are not liable for any decision made or action taken based on data displayed through the Service.
Certain features require a paid Subscription. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees for the plan you select. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and may change from time to time; changes will not affect the current paid period of an active Subscription.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including our card payment processor and, for purchases made in our mobile apps, the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not store your full payment credentials. Your use of a payment provider is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies.
Recurring Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your selected payment method, unless cancelled before the renewal date. Lifetime or one-time plans, where offered, are described at the point of purchase.
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel a recurring Subscription at any time through your account settings or the applicable payment provider's portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access until the end of your current paid period.
If you purchased your Subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your subscription is billed by, and managed through, that store. To cancel, manage, or request a refund for such a purchase, use your Apple ID or Google account settings; those purchases are governed by the store's own terms and refund policies, which control in the event of any conflict with this section. The first-purchase refund window below applies to purchases made directly through mozeq.
We offer a 14-day refund window on your first subscription purchase: if you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that initial purchase by contacting us at contact@mozeq.ai. Outside this window, fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, renewal charges, or features not used. This first-purchase refund window does not apply to subscription renewals or to lifetime and one-time plans. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.

The Service and all associated software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other Content (excluding third-party market data and third-party materials) are owned by mozeq or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not use our name, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.
The Service integrates with or links to third-party services, including data providers, exchanges, payment processors, and infrastructure providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms. The inclusion of any link or integration does not imply endorsement.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL mozeq, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mozeq and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party or any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 18) will survive.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may close your Account through your account settings or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
